Found a little Blood while trying to bottom

I recently tried to bottom, there was blood again which was quiet more than the first time. And now we're concerned about what to do.
We did use good amount of lube on the condom and my hole.
And quiet more blood in the sense it was like 2-3 mins. The blood didn't seem like coming out of my hole. It was more like inside.
I did feel a bit like burning or something. But now I don't feel any pain or something.
What should I do please

MUDr. Ivo Procházka CSc. 25. 10. 2021If you have observed bleeding after sex repeatedly (or it is very painful or strong) you should undergo the medical examination. The most common cause may be haemorrhoidal plexus in anus, but even serious causes should be excluded.
Careful foreplay with sufficient dilatation may be a good prevention besides a good lubrication. If you have one partner you may improve your cooperation during the foreplay. With a new partner with lower empathy and understanding may occur bleeding more often.
