Thank you for last answer. I have done gay oral on last saturday. I am HIV negative. I donot know the other person. I have cosulted the the councelling centres whether I have to take PEP or not. Many are sugeesting not to tak. could you please clarify this.

Hello, in case of receiving oral sex risk of HIV transmission is very low and PEP is not indicated. In case of giving oral sex with ejaculation of your partner or cuts/sores in yourmounth or gum disease PEP risk can be increased and PEP can be indicated.
