1) Is there any documented case for transmision of HIV through oral sex? Not like theorical risk?
2) If fever is below 38, more exactly max 37.5 and it goes down and up, can it be HiV fever? Does HIV fever go down with normal medications? Thank you

1) There was a study among gay men who have never had anal sex (or other risky practices) and there were few of them who were infected. It was explained as a transmission during oral sex. The problem was a validity of proclamation there was no ejaculation into mouth (that increases the risk of transmission), because it may happened partly without recognizing.
2) The fever over 38 degrees for more days is a substantial symptom for acute HIV infection. This fever can be lowered by the use of antipyretics, but it rises again when their effect in the body has finished.
