There is officially no legal problem to immigrate with HIV into European Union. You need to fulfill all obligatories like other people who want to move. It is a crucial for you to legalize your status (long-term residence or asylum seeker) and have a health insurance. In my country you can reach health insurance if you have a legal job, because all Czech citizens and all employees are insured according to the law. If you are self-employed it may be a little bit complicated, if you have illegal work you have no insurance and even risk to be deported back. Without health insurance you can get life saving health care only (it means no access to antiretroviral treatment or you have to pay for it). Many job agencies for foreigners offer illegal work only, be careful.
