Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to get vaccinated against monkey Pox, but have problems finding information on where I can receive the vaccine. I would be very glad, if you could provide me with information on where I can get vaccinated or where I could find out more about it. Thank you so much for your answer in advance. Best wishes Kilian

Dear Kilian,
I have asked about two weeks ago about the availability of monkeypox vaccination for other guy. Unfortunately the answer was negative. The system of vaccination is discussed and prepared (the number of vaccination doses is limited for the countries in the EU, the Czech Republic should get according to media information to 2 900 doses) but in practice the monkeypox vaccination is not yet available.
It is expected the vaccination will be primarily offered to people who were at individual risk and to some gay men living with HIV and with STIs history and to PrEP users.
If it will be approved and the vaccination will be available in practice, the best and earliest information should have doctors from HIV centers of Infectious Diseases Clinics, in Prague it is Bulovka hospital and Military Hospital.
