Rights to privacy of seropositive status

Hello, I don't speak Czech. I'm an Italian Citizen with a temporary residence permit in Prague. I need to visit a doctor and I want to know about my privacy rights. In which cases I must tell my status and in which cases is not necessary. I already have my "Pojištovna na celý život" card (VZP)

Dear Jav, under local law, you have an obligation to disclose your HIV status everytime you consult/are treated by a doctor. The obligation does not apply to other medical professionals (like nurses etc.).
